Billy Crawford Just Proposed to Coleen Garcia and She Said Yes




Less than an hour ago (and a few days after Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff’s engagement), director Gino Santos posted a black and white photo of Billy Crawford proposing to his girlfriend Coleen Garcia. The Instagram post captioned, “OMG!!! This just happened!!! Congratulations @coleengarcia and @billyjoecrawford. I love you both! #ColeenSaidYes”

Gino posted a blurry close-up shot of the ring and shared a tidbit on how Billy planned this for about year. He even disclosed about the phone call Billy nervously made when he was purchasing the ring.

Coleen’s stylist and friend Adrianne Concepcion also posted a photo with the couple right after the proposal.

2016 seems to be the year of celebrity proposals, weddings, and babies. Congratulations, Coleen and Billy!

We have been waiting years for Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff to finally get engaged! And this video published by Erwan earlier today has literally brought us to tears! So here are four reasons why we vote this as one of the best proposal videos of the year.

1. Instead of just showing the moment Erwan proposed to Anne, it actually shows us the “behind-the-scenes” of the Erwan and Anne relationship.

We see a lot of this couple on TV, but this video shows their personal life. It’s a glimpse of the six wonderful years they’ve had travelling, laughing, eating, and just living in the moment (there were moments of pure envy as we were watching). C’mon, if that doesn’t get you invested in this love story, I don’t know what will.

2. It had a lot of unguarded and candid moments.

Whether they were running around, being goofy, or dolled up as they went from place to place, you sort of forget that they’re celebrities. Instead, it triggers in you emotions of how it is to be young and in love, which I think a lot of people relate to, whoever they are.

3. Erwan’s proposal was simple, private, and sincere.

A stark contrast to the celebrity world they live in, Erwan decides to propose in a very simple and non-attention grabbing way. Without any distraction, what we clearly saw was their love for each other–yup Anne, I was totally crying with you at 6:10!

4. They name their video “Best Trip Ever” instead of blurting out that it was their proposal video.

It goes to show how these two focused on the memories and experiences they’ve had as couple, and not just the moment of the proposal. Their decision on the title may be one of my favorite reasons why I love this video–it definitely shows a lot of class and character.

So with that folks, we are looking forward to these two tying the knot. Congratulations, Erwan and Anne!
