Caught on CCTV: Women Using Young Girl to Steal from Local Shop

Watch this video of two women who caught stealing from a local shop, what was shocking is they are using a child.

This video was uploaded since January 30, 2016 by a facebook user Arristo Joans Saturnio Pagdilao.

According to GMA News, they steal approximately 8 thousand php.
