[SHOCKING] 'SALVAGE' victim found in Zamboanga del Norte.

A body believed to be a victim of salvaging or summary execution found in Brgy. Camul, Tampilisan Zamboanga del Norte. It was said that around 3am neighbors heard a gunshot in the said area then saw this morning a body of a man that until now is still unidentified.
