What Will Happen If you add Salt into your Daily Shampoo? Must Read!

The regular salt, also known as the table salt, is composed of sodium chloride, which can contribute to your health in different ways.

Salt can be used as well on beauty products. It can also do miracles to your hair and skin.

* Table salt for oily hair

If you have an oily hair, follow this salt procedure. Just add 2-3 tablespoons of salt in your shampoo and shake it well, to combine. Then, wash your hair as you usually do. After this treatment, you will notice positive results.

* Table salt for body scrub

Salt can be used as body scrub. Just make sure to get coarse sea salt. Mix 2 teaspoon of sea salt in half a cup of coconut oil.
Mix the ingredients until they combine, and put the mixture in a jar. Then use the mixture to scrub your body once it’s solidified.

 Another thing you can do with this kind of mineral is  foot exfoliant. Mix equal parts of olive oil and salt, then scrub your feet with the mixture. Repeat the treatment at least 2 times a week, and your feet will become smooth and soft.

SODIUM CHLORIDE AS A NATURAL REMEDY

Paper cuts are very unpleasant, painful and annoying. Whenever you have a small cut or wound, you just do the following: dissolve 2 teaspoons of sodium chloride in a glass of water, then apply a bit of the mixture on the cut to disinfect. You’ll instantly feel a light tingling sensation, which means that the solution is working.

If you suffer from constant headache, dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it, and the pain will be gone in about 10 – 15 minutes.

Precaution:

If you’re suffering from high blood pressure, you need to limit your salt intake. Otherwise, it may raise your blood pressure even further. However, external use of this natural mineral won’t worsen your condition.
