Another abused victim found in Bagumbong Caloocan City

Another raped victim was found in Bagumbong Caloocan City. It is said that a child named Rebecca Galguerra was raped by a drug addict pretending to be insane. Police still investigating the case. Netizens now asking those who are against death penalty to rethink their stand.
