Netizens Plead With President Duterte for Justice for These Rape-Slay Victims Aged 7 and 9!
A gruesome and horrifying incident transpired on January 29 at Bunawan, Agusan Del Sur in Mindanao where two children, aged 7 and 9, died after they were sexually assaulted. The heinous crime appalled many netizens and caused a stir in the online community.
Residents of the area appealed to the government, particularly to President Rodrigo Duterte, demanding justice for the two young innocents.
According to the video report by Bee TV-7 Butuan, the girls’ bodies were found at a fish pond.
A netizen who posted about the horrible crime on her Facebook account pleaded with President Duterte to enact swift justice as she shared details of the dreadful incident.
According to the netizen, the two girls just wanted to get some fruits and vegetables when they left home and headed out to the woods.
Unfortunately, they never returned home. Authorities from the area commenced a search operation and, to their utter shock, found the sisters lifeless.
Authorities found deep slits on the girls’ throats, concluding those as the cause of death. Upon further inspection, authorities discovered that they were sexually violated as lacerations were found in their private parts.
Apparently, the culprit or culprits attempted to hide their bodies as they were found underneath logs buried somewhere in the murky waters of the shallow fish pond.

The sickening news infuriated many netizens who strongly expressed their rage and disgust towards the crime.
This prompted numerous debates on the pending re-imposition of the death penalty for heinous crimes. Many suggested that the perpetrators of these crimes deserve to be punished with extreme prejudice.

“I dont like death penalty but if this is happening sa ibang mga bata na babae na wlang kalaban laban then be it!!!.. Me i am a mother of 6 yrs old daughter d mwala ang takot at kaba. Dapat deathe penalty ang hatol!!” shared netizen La Bella.
