This guy named Jeremy Layson published a Meme on Facebook making fun of the recent tragedy at Tanay Rizal. The meme was shared by several angry netizens bashing the guy who is responsible for posting it. The accident occurred on February 19, 2016, Sunday, wherein 14 students reportedly died.
