Viral: Iloilo policeman takes bl*wjob from prisoner inside the police station?

RMN Iloilo posted a CCTV footage of an alleged bl*wjob service by the prisoner to the policeman which happened in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

The video was captioned with local Visayan dialect:
