Over a hundred were reported injured in an evening fire that hit a factory in an export processing zone in Cavite, south of Metro Manila, on Wednesday, February 1.

Cavite Governor Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla said out of the 104 injured from the fire, 40 are still confined in hospitals.

The Bureau of Fire Protection declared the fire under control at 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
